Overview

When you put a group of professional people together who have different aims, aspirations, ethics, goals and motivations then inevitably some form of workplace conflict may materialise.

Workplace conflict needs to be addressed because it can have a huge impact on morale, and in some cases lead to insubordination, lack of direction, missed deadlines and a drop in productivity.

This fun, friendly, fully interactive online training session is designed to highlight workplace conflict, discuss what causes it and give delegates the confidence, knowledge, and skills they need to manage any conflict situations and to be sensitive to how others feel.
